Effective Administration:
Developing policies & procedures
that serve your organization
Monday, December 5, 2022
1:00 - 2:00 PM
Ms. Mara Funke, MPH, AzFRN Coordinator and Public Health Administration Consultant will guide you through the development of useful and practical policies and procedures. Mara explains how to increase the structural integrity of your daily work through writing and publishing a manual. This will be an active workshop where participants will use templates to draft an outline.
Who should attend?
Any member or friend of the AzFRN may attend. Organizational leaders are encouraged to sign up and bring a team. Even though the development of policies and procedures are required by FTF as a funder, non-FTF funded members and friends will benefit equally from the workshop. The guidance provided is universally applicable to organizations such as Family Resource Centers and the training content is based on organizational best practices, not any particular funder's scope of work.
